Beth Kay ARB

I am an architect with 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors, delivering cultural, community, education, workspace and residential projects.

My experience spans all stages of capital project delivery, alongside extensive work in policy development, place-based visions, property strategies and business cases.

Local authorities are facing a growing crisis of underinvestment in social and community infrastructure. Addressing this requires more creative thinking in property and asset management, and new approaches to creating and sustaining local assets.

Currently working with public and
third sector organisations to develop place-based visions and property strategies, helping shift decision-making towards long-term public value rather than short-term cost containment.
