I have 25 years’ experience of all stages of capital project delivery, as well as developing policy, place-based visions, property strategies and business cases in both the public and private sectors.

The consistent thread throughout my career has been supporting “third spaces”, places where people gather, build community, share ideas and find a sense of belonging.

I believe that the growing crisis of underinvestment in social and community infrastructure is contributing to the challenges our society faces. I am now focussed full time on research and testing new ideas to create and sustain local community assets.
